Prospective residents need to go through a vetting process and be approved by our board of directors prior to the sale being finalized. All financial dealings regarding sales of units in Midway Am/Can Homeowners, Inc. are done strictly between the selling Shareholder and the Purchaser. If you find a listing on this website that you are interested in, please contact the seller directly. Once you have made an offer, the seller will obtain a Sales Package from the Corporation and this package will need to be completed in its entirety. This package contains, but is not limited to, a Sales/Purchase Agreement and step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. The prospective purchaser will be required to agree to a Criminal and Credit Background check being done and the sale will be contingent on the results of such a report and subsequent Board approval. It is at this time a full set of Corporation Bylaws and Rules & Regulation will be provided. Midway Am/Can Homeowners, Inc. strongly recommends the seller/purchaser use the services of an attorney to complete this process. It is important to note that this process takes time to complete.
