Midway Am/Can Home Owners, Inc. does not facilitate the sub-lease of units within our Park. Sub-leases are arranged between the unit owner and the sub-lessee. Prospective residents need to go through a vetting process and be approved by our Board of Directors before the sub-lease is to be considered finalized. Any, and all, listings shown below are posted at the request of the shareholder. Midway Am/Can accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or legalities of any listing.
Information regarding sub-leasing a unit in Midway.
Sub-Leasing:
All financial dealings regarding subleasing units in Midway Am/Can Home Owners, Inc. are done strictly between the Shareholder and the Sub-lessee. All details related to the sub-lease are between the parties involved and are in no way connected to the Park Administration. Please note that all sub-leases are to be considered “seasonal” and therefore must not exceed 6 months in length. Please note that prospective sub-lessees must agree to a Criminal Background check and the sub-lease is contingent upon the results of such a report and subsequent Board approval. Any sub-leases done without this process may be considered null and void.
